Just started an Alesmith IPA clone on Sunday. I haven't ever had Alesmith, and I won't be following the recipe for dry hopping, but I think it should be interesting. Some wheat malt, some honey malt, no crystal malt. I'll compare mine to the real thing next month at GABF!
