Hop, Drop and Roll
Bottled yesterday. Reversed the dry hops - simcoe and amarillo intial for ~5 days, then 2-3 with centennial. Tastes just as good, if not better, than the last (which is ungodly excellent - hyperbole, I know). Also, to all the unwashed readers, Lagunitas Lucky 13 is out again - great stuff! Imperial Red.
