Well no one, since that's who reads this blog. It has been a while since i updated the ol blog here, so here it goes. My IPA turned out great - excellent nose, body, and taste. It was made from a Stone IPA clone recipe, but i dry hopped it with some Amarillo and Centennial "type" hops since Austin Homebrew Supply does not have any true Centennial hops. Hopefully continuing to make this can cut down on my monthly Stone IPA and Ruination expenses.
In other news, my Grandfather passed away last week. I ended up taking the week off from work, but am still devastated. Even though he hadn't been himself for years, his influence on my life is beyond words. In short, he was as close to the perfect gentleman as a man could get. He will be missed.
