Blew my mind yesterday, and it wasn't a good thing - running the ball less than 20 times does not work. Oktoberfest tastes great, even though it's not carbonated. Should be ready October 19th, and the Stone clone should be ready after. I dry hopped it with Amarillo, as well as the Centennial "type" hop pellets they sell at Austin Homebrew. Saw Choke last night, was not impressed. As my good friend Chris said - Chuck should just write outrageous lists, and spare us the hubris and window dressing.
